My background spans IT systems support, infrastructure migrations, data analysis, business intelligence, and operational optimization. I enjoy working at the intersection of technology and strategy, identifying opportunities to improve systems, streamline workflows, and create scalable solutions that support long-term growth.
My Professional Journey
My career began in customer-facing roles where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. That foundation shaped the way I approach technology today: not just as systems and data, but as tools that directly impact people and business performance.
Over the years, I progressed into enterprise IT and technical operations roles, gaining extensive experience supporting large-scale environments, managing infrastructure projects, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and improving operational workflows. My work has included infrastructure support, workstation deployments, server migrations, networking projects, systems implementations, and enterprise technology upgrades across multi-location environments.
These experiences strengthened my passion for combining technology, analytics, and process optimization to improve business outcomes and build scalable operational solutions.
My Transition Into Data Analytics
Working in IT exposed me to more than technical issues, it showed me how much operational performance depends on clean processes, reliable systems, and accessible data. Repetitive manual tasks, inconsistent reporting processes, fragmented systems, and unclear data handoffs pushed me toward automation and analytics.
That transition led me to build skills in Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Azure, ETL workflows, statistical analysis, and KPI reporting. Today, I combine my IT foundation with analytics and process optimization to build solutions that improve how teams work, how data moves, and how decisions are made.
